Carley has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas before state and federal courts, which enables her to serve the needs of a diverse individual, corporate, and governmental clientele. Additionally, Carley has assisted clients with a number of family law matters, including pre-divorce planning, marital settlement agreements, custody issues, move-away orders, restraining orders, adoptions, guardianships, and more. Given her diverse experience, Carley has an understanding of civil litigation issues related to family law, such as Marvin actions for palimony and property division, and collections issues.

Carley is a 2007 graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is conversant in Cantonese Chinese.
